Create & manage 

  • Click on sign up 
  • Enter your email address 
  • Create new account
  • Choose Business 
  • Complete your sign up and fill all the information 
  • You will receive a code on your phone to confirm the phone number 
  • Choose the category closest to your industry 
  • Fill out your profile 
  • Upload your profile picture, cover photo, attach certificates, and portfolio images
  • Choose your package ( 1 month - 3 months - 6 months)
  • Add your preferable price 
  • Open your schedule for consultation according to your preferable time
  • Your business account has been registered and is under review
  • In 24-48 hours you will receive a confirmation email for your business account activation

How do I receive my payments?

You will receive your payments on your wallet in The Julley application

  • Go to Menu 
  • Click on wallet
  • Click on (Transfer to bank account)
  • You will receive the transaction within (1-2) working days

Can I cancel my consultation/event?

You can cancel your consultation, training course, or live show a day before, but keep in mind this might affect your reputation and the company’s too

If the wifi got disconnected can i re-connect?

Yes, you will be able to re-connect and re-enter your live show, training course, and consultation

What’s the difference between the packages?

Business companies need to subscribe to The Julley application to be able to add events (training courses, live shows, and private consultations)

  • One month package: Subscription for one month 
  • Three months package: Subscription for three months 
  • Six months package: Subscription for six months

How can I edit my consultation schedule?

  • Go to Menu
  • Click on edit my schedule 
  • Choose the days and times that best suits your schedule
  • Click on continue
  • You’re all set

Can I edit my category/industry or choose more than one industry?

Yes, of course you can do both 

  • Go to Menu 
  • Edit categories 
  • Choose one or more categories that are closest to your industry 
  • Click on continue, and you’re all set

How can I edit my consultation price?

  • Go to Menu 
  • Edit my price 
  • Enter your preferred price and duration 
  • Click on continue and you’re all set

How do I edit my profile settings?

  • Go to Menu 
  • Account settings 
  • Edit your profile 
  • Save changes

How do I accept/cancel a client consultation booking?

  • Go to Menu 
  • Reservations 
  • You will find the reservations under pending 
  • Accept or cancel the reservations

How do I add an event (Training course / Live show)?

  • Go to Menu 
  • Add event
  • Choose your preferred event (Training course or Live show)
  • Fill out the information needed 
  • Press add now 
  • Your event has been added successfully

Forgot your password

  • Press on the login button 
  • You will find “forgot your password” link 
  • Enter your email address 
  • A reset email will be sent to your email address

Can I add my social media accounts to my profile?

You can only add your Instagram account to your profile

  • Go to Menu 
  • Account settings
  • Type your Instagram account in the Instagram box 
  • Save changes
